Yannick Atouba

Dr. Yannick Atouba is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Texas at El Paso's College of Liberal Arts. His research examines organizational communication dynamics, particularly in nonprofit contexts and interorganizational collaborations.

His scholarly work investigates factors influencing partnership formation among nonprofits, stakeholder behaviors, and communication effectiveness. Dr. Atouba employs quantitative methods and social network analysis to study organizational phenomena.

Recent publications explore nonprofit resilience during crises, Latinx attitudes toward social protests, and organizational commitment in IT workplaces. His research shows consistent focus on communication's role in organizational effectiveness.

As Director of Graduate Studies, Dr. Atouba advises students, manages admissions, and oversees the Communication graduate program. He teaches courses in Organizational Communication, Conflict Mediation, and Quantitative Research Methods.
