Yang (Cathy) GUO

Cathy GUO is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior at IÉSEG School of Management (France) since 2020, holding a Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Her research focuses on workplace ethics, team dynamics, and behavioral responses to conflict and incivility.
