Shannon Taylor is the Horton Endowed Professor of Business Ethics and Professor of Management at the University of Central Florida's College of Business. His research examines workplace mistreatment, ethical leadership, and abusive behaviors in organizational settings. Recognized as one of Poets & Quants' 2024 Best Undergraduate Professors, his work has been featured in prominent media outlets including The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review.
Research Focus: Taylor investigates antecedents and consequences of workplace incivility, abusive supervision, and unethical leadership, while exploring interventions to improve organizational ethics.
