Yan Han

Yan Han is an Assistant Professor in Biophysics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He holds a PhD from the University of Washington and uses cryo-EM to study ion channels and protein complexes.

His research focuses on lysosomal channels (e.g., TRPML1) and endosomal trafficking mechanisms. Recent work elucidates structures of proton channels and recycling complexes.
