Xinxin Han

Xinxin Han is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Health and Emergency Management, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in Shenzhen, China. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration (Health Policy Track) from George Washington University and a Master of Science in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota. Prior to her current position, she served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Tsinghua University's School of Medicine and was a Senior Research Associate at the Fitzhugh Mullan Professor of Health Workforce Equity, Health Workforce Research Center at George Washington University.

Her research employs multi-source data to conduct studies in health policy and management, aiming to empower evidence-based health decision-making and improve health system efficiency, quality, and accessibility.
