Maureen Stewart, PhD, is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University, and a Scientist at the Institute for Behavioral Health. Her research focuses on behavioral health services financing, policy, and reducing disparities in substance use treatment access. She leads or collaborates on studies funded by NIDA, ASPE, and others, including evaluations of Medicaid managed care, opioid use disorder treatment models, and emergency department initiatives.
