Xingcheng Lin is an Assistant Professor in the Physics Department at North Carolina State University, affiliated with the Bioinformatics Cluster of the Chancellor’s Faculty Excellence Program. He holds a Ph.D. in Biological Physics from Rice University and completed postdoctoral research at MIT's Chemistry Department. His research focuses on computational modeling of epigenetic regulation and chromatin systems, integrating principles of physics, chemistry, and biology to study genome organization and disease mechanisms. His work aims to develop predictive models for biomolecular interactions and epigenetic dysregulation treatments.
