Xing Fu is the Ralph and Lela Boulware Associate Professor at Louisiana State University's School of Animal Sciences, with a joint appointment in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. His research program investigates stem and progenitor cell biology in adipose, cardiac, and muscle tissues using advanced genomic methodologies.
