Xiaoyun “Aarn” Cao is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Management at Illinois Institute of Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago (2015), an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota (2009), and a B.A. in Trade and Economics from Renmin University of China (Beijing). Her research focuses on leadership, social networks in organizations, employment arrangements, organizational culture, and change management. She has published in journals like Journal of Management and consulted for Chinese companies and government.
