Dr. Mei Cao is a Professor of Supply Chain Management and Director of Transportation & Logistics in the School of Business & Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She specializes in supply chain collaboration, operations management, and logistics optimization. Education includes a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Management from the University of Toledo (2007), an MBA in Information Systems (2001), a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the University of New South Wales (1999), and a B.A. in English from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (1991).
