Xiaoying Li

Xiaoying Li is a Research Scientist at the Department of Mechanical Engineering within the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University. She is affiliated with the Center for Energy Development and Health and holds a Ph.D. from Peking University's College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering (2017) and a B.S. from Jilin University's College of Resources and Environment (2012). Her postdoctoral research included roles with Prof. Ellison Carter at Colorado State University and Prof. Jill Baumgartner at McGill University.

Dr. Li's research focuses on the intersection of air pollution, energy interventions, and health equity. Key areas include indoor/outdoor air pollution interactions, health impacts of energy policies, and environmental justice.
