معرفی
Dr. Tuan Vu is a Senior Air Quality Scientist at Imperial College London's School of Public Health (Faculty of Medicine), specializing in air pollution's health and climate impacts. He leads the Air Pollution Modelling team within the Environmental Research Group, focusing on exposure modelling, machine learning applications, and numerical analysis. Previously, he held roles at King's College London (2019-2020), the University of Birmingham as a Research Fellow (2016-2019), and a Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher (2013-2016).
His research integrates air quality, health, and climate change, with key projects including NERC grants on exposure modelling (£1.4M) and secondary organic aerosols (£273K), plus an EU H2020 fellowship (£413K). He investigates urban pollution dynamics, policy impacts, and microenvironmental exposures in cities like Beijing and London.
Publications emphasize source apportionment, health effects of particulate matter, and climate policy co-benefits, with over 40 peer-reviewed articles. He collaborates on large-scale studies like the SCAMP cohort and WellHome project, applying machine learning to environmental data analysis.
