William K. Vencill is a full Professor and Associate Vice President for Instruction at the University of Georgia's College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences, Department of Crop and Soil Sciences. Verified through institutional email and extensive publication record, he has maintained a 50% research/50% teaching appointment since 1989.
