William J. Syrett

William J. Syrett is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Meteorology and Atmospheric Science at Pennsylvania State University, where he has been actively involved in teaching and weather outreach since 1980. He serves as the Manager of the Joel N. Myers Weather Center and advises the PSU Storm Chaser Club, New Student Orientation (NSO), and Irvin Hall Adviser (EM & S Special Living Options). His work includes forecasting for Weather World and leading Penn State Weather Camps since 2001.
