Wil Shynkaruk

Wil Shynkaruk is a Professor in the School of Art at Minnesota State University Moorhead, specializing in painting, drawing, and illustration. He teaches foundational and advanced courses including Foundation Drawing I/II, Foundation Design, and Introduction to Illustration. His artistic practice spans multiple media with exhibited works showcased internationally.

With professional experience as an interior designer and architectural illustrator, he integrates practical industry knowledge into his pedagogy. He has illustrated four interior design textbooks, bridging academic theory with professional applications.
