Wenqian Xu is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Lund University's Department of Health Sciences, specializing in gerontology and public policy. His work focuses on institutional capacity-building for aging populations, ageism, age-friendly environments, and societal implications of technology through life course and intersectionality frameworks.
