Dr. Wenjing Guo is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds, joining in July 2024. Her research lies at the intersection of organizational behavior, environmental sustainability, and team dynamics, with a methodological focus on structural equation modeling and multilevel analysis.

Her research interests center on organizational environmental management, particularly how environmental practices influence employee engagement and behavior through spillover and crossover effects, and how organizational hypocrisy affects employee perceptions. She also investigates team management factors such as faultlines, ambidexterity, and collaborative norms, as well as leader-follower dynamics, including how followers interpret leadership actions and how these shape self-regulation.
The recent publications reflect a strong focus on experimental and survey-based studies in organizational and environmental psychology, with applications in retail, education, and team-based learning environments. Her work frequently appears in high-impact journals such as Business Strategy and the Environment and Leadership & Organization Development Journal.
