Wendy Chu is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Clinical Instructor at the Cyberlaw Clinic within Harvard Law School. She specializes in intellectual property, privacy, media law, and advising nonprofits and startups. Her work intersects technology law and policy, with a focus on arts-related legal issues.

Research interests include emerging challenges in IP, privacy compliance, digital media regulation, and legal frameworks for tech-driven industries. She teaches Cyberlaw Clinic Seminars in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
Previously, she worked as a technology transactions attorney at Morrison Foerster, advising on IP, internet, and commercial law matters. She is affiliated with the Cyberlaw Clinic, which provides pro bono legal services in tech-related fields.
