Matt D’Amore is a Professor of the Practice and Director of the Law, Technology & Entrepreneurship Program at Cornell Tech. With a 20-year career at Morrison & Foerster, he specialized in resolving complex intellectual property disputes and licensing matters for high-technology and life-sciences clients. He also teaches Technology Transactions and Trade Secret Law and Practice at Cornell Tech.
