Wendy A. Humphrey, a Professor at the Texas Tech University School of Law, serves as the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Director of Assessment. She earned a B.A. in Psychology (magna cum laude) from Westminster College and both an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction (summa cum laude) and J.D. from Texas Tech University.

She has also contributed to legal education through advocacy coaching, including leading an ABA negotiation team to an international championship.
