Byron Stier is the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and a Professor at Southwestern Law School. He holds an B.A. (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of Pennsylvania, J.D. from Harvard University, and LL.M. from Temple University. His expertise lies in mass tort litigation, products liability, and legal ethics. He has authored over a dozen articles cited by courts and legal institutions, and co-edits the influential Mass Tort Litigation Blog.
