Walter Novillo

Walter Novillo is Lecturer in Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development at University of Minnesota. Education includes Ph.D. from University of Minnesota, J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, M.A. in Policy Analysis from University of Minnesota, and dual M.B.A./M.I.M. from University of Saint Thomas.
