Elvis Santiago

Elvis Santiago is an Adjunct Professor of International Law (INR 4401) at the School of Politics, Security, and International Affairs, University of Central Florida. He teaches a comprehensive course on international law, covering its evolution, sources, and sub-areas like jurisdiction, human rights, maritime law, and armed conflict. Mr. Santiago is also Assistant Chief Counsel at the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Orlando, FL.
