Walter Effross is a Professor at American University Washington College of Law, where he teaches courses including Corporate Bankruptcy, E-Commerce Law & Drafting, Business Associations, and Corporate Governance. With a B.A. from Princeton University and J.D. from Harvard Law School, he previously practiced commercial and computer law at major New Jersey law firms and clerked for Justice Daniel J. O'Hern of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
