Miriam R. Lyman is a Professor of Skills at Hofstra University School of Law, where she teaches Contracts, Business Organizations, International Sales Law, and Business Drafting. She joined Hofstra in 2004, bringing extensive experience as a corporate and securities attorney, as well as prior teaching roles at Fordham Business School and Widener Law School.
