Professor WANG Wenru is a Professor at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. She holds adjunct roles at Wuhan University, Dalian University, and Hubei University of Medicine in China. Her research focuses on chronic illness, cardiovascular health, diabetes management, and aging, leveraging mHealth, telemedicine, and AI. She has secured over SGD$10 million in grants and authored 200+ peer-reviewed papers. Prof. Wang is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (2020) and a 2023 inductee into Sigma’s International Nurse Researchers Hall of Fame.

Grants & Awards: Her projects include the HEALDI trial (MOH-funded) and the SHAPE program (healthy aging for seniors). Notable awards include the Teaching Excellence Award (2021) and the Herbert A. Simon Award (2017).
Labs & Teams: She leads the Chronic Illness & Long-Term Care Research Programme at NUS Nursing, collaborating with researchers like Claire Teo and Lim Jae Young.
