CHUA Wei Ling

Dr CHUA Wei Ling is an Assistant Professor at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. Her research focuses on improving patient outcomes through innovations in clinical deterioration recognition, sepsis care, and interprofessional collaboration. She holds a PhD from NUS, supported by the NUS Research Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) (Honours) from the same institution.

Key research areas include sepsis awareness campaigns, rapid response systems, and measurement theory in healthcare. Her work emphasizes team-based approaches to patient safety and the integration of technology in nursing education.
