Professor Sok Ying Liaw is the Head of the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). She holds a PhD in Medical Education from Maastricht University and has extensive experience in nursing education and patient safety research. Her work focuses on interprofessional collaboration, simulation-based learning, and clinical deterioration management. She has pioneered programs like the SIMulated Professional Learning Environment (SIMPLE) to bridge theory and practice in nursing.
