Vivek Prabhakaran

Vivek Prabhakaran is a Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a primary affiliation in Biomedical Engineering and additional links to the School of Medicine and Public Health. He serves as the Director of Neuroimaging Research, leading projects focused on developing multimodal neuroimaging biomarkers for aging and aging-related conditions such as stroke and Alzheimer's disease (AD).

• Research spans MRI, fMRI, DTI, PET, CT, MEG, EEG, and behavioral measures.
• Applications of machine learning and graph theory in biomarker analysis.
• Investigation of neuromodulation tools (tDCS, Brain Computer Interface, Cranial Nerve Neuromodulation) in diverse populations.
