Violaine Saint-André is a Researcher at the Institut Pasteur's Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub, where she leads computational biology research focused on immune response determinants through the Milieu Intérieur project. She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology/Genetics from Université Paris VI and an MSc in Bioinformatics from Université Paris VII.
Her research investigates transcriptional regulatory networks, epigenetic mechanisms, and multivariate analysis of immune variability. Key interests include:
