Vincent Hron serves as Professor of Painting within the Department of Visual Arts Education at Bloomsburg University, where he has maintained a continuous teaching position since 1996.

- B.F.A. in Painting and Drawing from Drake University (1984)
- M.F.A. in Painting from the University of Michigan (1987)
- Graduate Scholarship for an exchange program at Germany's State Art Academy in Karlsruhe
