Dr. Vincent S. Gallicchio is a Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at Clemson University’s College of Science. With 47 years in academic medicine and research, he specializes in stem cell biology, lithium applications, and drug pharmacology for AIDS/cancer. He has authored over 250 peer-reviewed publications, 36 book chapters, and secured $23M+ in research funding. His work includes 14+ patents and international recognition such as the Royal Society of Arts Fellowship and Queen Elizabeth II’s 2003 honor.
