Dr. Victoria Kinsella-Hadjinestoros is an Associate Professor in Arts, Creativity and Education and Director of CSPACE at Birmingham City University. Her research focuses on music education, creativities, and engaging marginalized youth, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). She has led numerous projects in schools, prisons, and cultural institutions, with outcomes presented at national and international conferences, podcasts, and academic journals like the British Journal of Music Education.
Victoria supervises PhD, EdDoc, and Master’s students and teaches across university programs. She chairs the BERA Creativities Special Interest Group and holds strategic roles in Birmingham’s arts organizations. Her recognitions include Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
Her work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, with projects addressing educational equity and arts-based interventions. Current affiliations include leadership roles in CSPACE and advocacy for inclusive education policies.
