Victoria Carmona

Victoria Carmona is a Clinical Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Immigration Law Clinic at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. She specializes in U.S. immigration law, focusing on family-based immigration, asylum applications, and removal defense. Her work intersects with human rights law, particularly regarding migration regulation and systemic critiques.

Her pro bono efforts include representing detained immigrant women and children in South Texas.
