Maureen Duffy is an Associate Professor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. She holds dual U.S.-Canadian citizenship and has held visiting roles, including Visiting Professor of Law at South Texas College of Law Houston (2023-2024). Her interdisciplinary research spans constitutional law, immigration and refugee law, and international human rights law, with a focus on migration, political narratives, and security practices.
