Victor Ruiz-Velasco is a Professor at Penn State University with dual appointments in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine and Department of Neuroscience and Experimental Therapeutics. He also serves as Associate Vice Chair for Basic Science Research and is a core member of the Penn State Neuroscience Institute.
