Victor M. Hansen is a Professor of Law and Director of the Criminal Practice and Procedure Certificate Program at New England Law | Boston. His expertise spans National Security Law, Military Tribunals, Legal Ethics, and Criminal Procedure, informed by his 20-year career as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer.
