Mark Johnson is an Instructor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada, Reno, and teaches at Western Nevada College. He is a retired Colonel from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, with extensive military legal experience including roles as a prosecutor, defense counsel, appellate attorney, and judge on the Army Court of Criminal Appeals. He also served as Chair of the Criminal Law Department at the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School.
