Vicky Punter

Vicky Punter is an Associate Lecturer (Teaching Innovation and Excellence Academic) and Research Fellow in the School of Education at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), within the Faculty of Creative Industries, Education & Social Justice. Her work focuses on early childhood and primary mathematics education, with a particular emphasis on parental engagement, culturally responsive pedagogy, and digital technology integration. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Education (UQ), Master of Laws (Beijing U), and Graduate Diploma in Education (QUT).

Her research addresses equity in mathematics education for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, low socio-economic status learners, and youth in detention centers.
