Vicky Betech Antar

Dr. Vicky Betech Antar is a Specialist in Nuclear Medicine at the University of Navarra Clinic in Pamplona, Spain, and an Associate Clinical Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra. She completed her medical degree at Anáhuac University of Mexico North in 2017 and specialized in Nuclear Medicine at the University of Navarra Clinic in 2024. In 2024, she undertook a training stay in the Department of Molecular Imaging at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia.

Research and Clinical Focus

• Theranostics with radiolabeled peptides (e.g., 177Lu/68Ga-DOTATATE for neuroendocrine tumors, 177Lu/68Ga-PSMA for prostate cancer).
• Radioembolization of liver tumors using 90Y-labeled microspheres.
• PET/CT imaging with FDG and other radiopharmaceuticals (68Ga-PSMA, 68Ga-DOTATATE) in hemato-oncology and tumor assessment.
• Development of novel radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
