Professor Dr. Vancho Kenkov is a Full Professor at the Institute for Security, Defence and Peace under the Faculty of Philosophy at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. He has served as the Head of the Institute since 2018 and leads the Strategic and Defense Studies program. His career spans active military service (until 1993), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Defense (1993/94), and academic roles since 1995. He holds a PhD in Defense and Peace Sciences (2005) and has held teaching titles from Assistant Professor (2005) to Full Professor (2015).
