Valerio Proietti is a Research Fellow at the University of Oslo's Department of Mathematics, affiliated with the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. His research focuses on operator algebras, dynamical systems, and noncommutative geometry, with particular emphasis on homology theories, K-theory, and their applications to Smale spaces and groupoid structures. He contributes to the Homological Invariants of Deformations of Groups and Algebras research group within the Operator Algebras section.
