Valerie Orth is an Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music, specializing in Songwriting and Music Production. Her work integrates traditional and innovative approaches across genres, emphasizing community-driven initiatives like Palestine Beats, the first West Bank initiative combining songwriting, production, and Nonviolent Communication. She teaches courses such as The F Word: Sex & Equity in Songwriting, which explores intersectional feminist perspectives through music.
