Prof. Dr. Uta Klusmann is Deputy Head of the Department of Educational Research and Educational Psychology at the IPN - Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education (Kiel, Germany), and holds a concurrent professorship at Kiel University. Her research focuses on teacher professional competence, occupational well-being in schools, and career choice dynamics.
