Jessica Wrosch

Jessica Wrosch is a Researcher and doctoral candidate at the Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education (IPN), Kiel, Germany, since 2023. Her work focuses on mathematics education in primary schools and the influence of textbooks on curriculum implementation. She is also an appointed deputy member of the Complaints Office in the field of science at IPN.

Her recent work includes analyzing the adaptive use of strategies by second graders in relation to textbook content and teacher instruction, as well as investigating textbook deployment practices by primary school teachers in mathematics classrooms. These studies contribute to understanding how educational materials shape pedagogical outcomes.
