Ursula Henz is an Associate Professor in Social Research Methods at the Department of Sociology, London School of Economics. Previously, she held research positions at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development and Education (Berlin), Stockholm University, and King's College London. Her research focuses on family dynamics, demography, social inequality, and the interplay between work and family life. She examines trends in father involvement, assortative mating, work-life conflict, and caregiving patterns across socioeconomic groups.
