Rebecca Glauber is a Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of New Hampshire and serves as Director of the Graduate Program. She holds a Ph.D. from New York University, along with an M.A. and B.A. in Sociology. Her research focuses on family dynamics, labor market inequalities, and social stratification, particularly examining how parenthood impacts mothers' and fathers' employment trajectories and wage outcomes. Her work explores intersections of race, gender, and geography in shaping economic disparities.
