Ulf Maunsbach is a Professor and Deputy Head of Department at the Department of Law, Lund University. He holds additional roles as an Associate Professor and Researcher at the Lund University Centre for Business Law (ACLU) and in Dispute Resolution. His expertise spans private international law, intellectual property law, and information technology law, with a focus on cross-disciplinary issues. He actively contributes to research projects such as 'Understanding Private International Law in Contemporary Europe' and 'Innovations in Law.' Maunsbach teaches at both undergraduate and graduate levels, co-authoring textbooks like Grundläggande immaterialrätt and Grundläggande svensk internationell privat- och processrätt. He collaborates with external practitioners and participates in academic networks, emphasizing outreach and practical relevance.
His research explores jurisdiction in digital contexts, legal harmonization across Europe, and innovative legal frameworks.
