Tyler Carrington is an Associate Professor of German Studies and History at Cornell College. He specializes in cultural history of modern Germany, gender studies, and urban studies. His research includes his book *Love at Last Sight: Dating, Intimacy, and Risk in Turn-of-the-Century Berlin* (2019), analyzing risks of modern dating through a murder case in Berlin. Carrington holds degrees from Wheaton College, Middlebury College, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
