Trond Randøy is a Professor of Corporate Governance in the Department of Accounting at Copenhagen Business School. He has published over 50 scholarly articles in leading journals including Journal of International Business Studies and Journal of Banking and Finance, and serves as editor for Corporate Governance: An International Review.
